With over 25 years’ experience in business management, finance, and operations, my career has spanned both hands-on leadership as an owner-partner and senior support roles within established companies.

In my most recent position, I worked closely with directors in a family-run business, overseeing payroll, pensions, accounts, and bookkeeping across multiple entities, while coordinating financial reporting and managing supplier, buyer, and international payment relationships.

Before this, I spent more than two decades building and running a diversified farming and retail business.

 

From managing a 250-acre farm to launching and growing a successful farm shop, I led teams of 25+ staff and developed a recognised brand featured nationally, including collaborations with celebrity chefs.

I’m known for being organised, reliable, and adaptable, with a calm, professional approach shaped by years of balancing financial responsibility with people management.
